• Single tenant Triple Net Lease (NNN)
• Tenants in Common (TIC)
Single tenant triple net leased properties are typically stand-alone retail, large or small, e.g., Walmart, Toys R Us, Walgreens, Kragen Auto Parts, Jack-in-the-Box. These also include industrial buildings (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities).
Multi tenant properties triple net properties typically include office buildings, retail shopping centers and industrial properties.
